We want you to be fully satisfied with your PowerNotify purchase. This Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for devices purchased directly from our website.
30-Day Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@powernotify.net with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm return eligibility and provide a return address.
- Package the item securely and ship it back to us within 14 days of approval.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the device is faulty or we made an error with your order. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Faulty or Defective Devices
If your device develops a fault within 24 months of purchase, it is covered by our warranty. Please contact support and we will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned device. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your device for another PowerNotify product, please contact us. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
