We want you to be fully satisfied with your PowerNotify purchase. This Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for devices purchased directly from our website.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)
If you are a UK consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your device, for any reason and without giving a reason.
You may inspect the device as you would in a retail environment. If the device has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value.
If you cancel within this period, we will refund the cost of the device and standard delivery charges. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
30-Day Returns (Goodwill Policy)
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns period. If you change your mind, you may return your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Outbound delivery charges are not refundable under this goodwill returns policy.
Returned items must be in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@powernotify.net with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm return eligibility and provide a return address.
- Package the item securely and ship it back to us within 14 days of approval.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the device is faulty or we made an error with your order. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Faulty or Defective Devices
If your device is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
PowerNotify devices include a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned device, or within 14 days of you providing proof of return.
In practice, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your device for another PowerNotify product, please contact us. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
