PowerNotify supports multiple languages to ensure alerts and the portal are easy to use no matter where you’re based. Both the portal interface and alert notifications (email, SMS, and voice calls) are delivered in your selected language.
We are actively expanding language support and adding new languages over time.
What the language setting affects
- The entire portal interface (menus, labels, status text).
- Email alert subjects and message content.
- SMS alert text.
- Automated voice call messages.
Once a language is selected, all alerts are sent in that language for your account.
How to change your portal language
- Log in to the PowerNotify portal.
- Navigate to Account.
- Under Account Details, locate the Language dropdown.
- Select your preferred language.
- Press Save details.
There is no need to restart devices or reconfigure alerts — the portal and all future alerts will automatically use the selected language.
Requesting a new language
If your preferred language is not currently supported, we’d love to hear from you.
- Email our support team with the language you’d like added.
- We use customer requests to prioritise new language additions.
